Our mugs are made from high-quality, durable ceramic with a glossy finish - both microwave and dishwasher safe.
Posters are printed on premium museum-grade matte paper with fade-resistant inks for long-lasting colour and clarity.
How do I personalise my order?
Click on the "Personalize Design" option. Simply enter the name or custom text in the personalisation box before adding the item to your cart.
You’ll see a live preview or note of your customisation before checkout to make sure it’s just right.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Each item is printed and packaged to order (made to order). Production usually takes 2–4 business days, and shipping times vary by location - typically 5–10 business days for most regions. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Do you offer returns or replacements?
Because our products are made to order, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or with a printing error. If there’s an issue, just contact us with a photo and order number - we’ll happily send a replacement or refund.
Will the colours match what I see on screen?
We do our best to ensure accurate colour representation, but please note that screen settings and lighting can cause slight variations in tone once printed. Every piece is individually produced, so small differences are natural.
