Refund policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Also, 99% of our products are print-on-demand or made to order and are shipped directly by the supplier. Therefore, it is not possible to refund or return those. 

However, if there are damages or a misprint, we can send a new product. Please always read our product description to ensure that you understand the material and the print.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Mugs, Posters, T-shirts, Hoodies, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us via the contact form, and we will do our best to help you.

Refunds
We do not offer returns, so refund is unlikely. However, if your refund request is approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • Returns accepted for 30 days

  • Customer provides and pays for return shipping

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all physical products.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for any returns as we may be discontinuing the product.
